Luleå has the opportunities of a small town and at the same time those of a big city. Nature is close at hand but if you want to enjoy shopping or restaurants just go to the city core and you will find it. The summer is bright and sunny, and the winter offers lots of snow. Even if you’re not into winter sports, looking at the starry sky during a “real” winter is hard to beat.
